Welcome Hall Market (free grocery) - Group up to 8 people (Subject to availability)

Our Welcome Hall Market operates like a grocery store. The various activities of this working area are
customer service related and in connection with the operations of the Welcome Hall Market: greeting
customers, product identification, checkout, product packing, grocery basket management, etc.
* We serve more than 4,000 customers a month, it’s more than 19,000 people whom benefit from this service!*
Regular Schedule*:
-Tuesday : 8:15 am to 12:15 pm / 12:45 pm to 3:00 pm
-Wednesday: 8:15 am to 12:15 pm
-Thursday: 12:45 am to 4:00 pm / 3:45 pm to 7:00 pm
-Friday : 8:15 am to 12:15 pm / 12:45 pm to 3:00 pm
Sorting of donated goods – Group up to 20 people *(Subject to availability)

Our sorting activities include tasks such as sorting a wide variety of donated goods : frozen meats, sorting fruits and vegetables, sorting clothes or other donations, as well as replenishing food items at the Welcome Hall Market during food distribution days. Volunteers are assigned to different tasks based on current needs.
*The sorted items are then distributed to our customers either at the Welcome Hall Market, at the Boutique or during our special events!*
Regular Schedule*:
-Monday : 8:45 am to 12:15 pm / 12:45 pm to 3:00 pm
-Tuesday : 8:45 am to 12:15 pm / 12:45 pm to 3:00 pm
-Wednesday : 8:45 am to 12:15 pm / 12:45 pm to 3:00 pm
-Thursday : 12:45 pm to 4:00 pm / 3:45 pm to 6:45 pm
-Friday : 8:45 am to 12:15 pm / 12:45 pm to 3:00 pm
Pavilion Macaulay (Emergency Shelter) - Group up to 10 people *(Subject to availability)
1490 Saint-Antoine W, Montreal, QC H3C 1C3 - Corner Lusignan
Our volunteering activities consist of collaborating with the kitchen staff to prepare the food, serving meals, cleaning the working areas, the dishes and cleaning after service. **Volunteers of at least 18 year old only**
*Our meal service at the Macaulay Emergency Shelter can feed more than 200 men every night, 7 days a week.*
Regular Schedule*:
Sunday to Saturday
-6:00 am to 9:00 am (breakfast preparation, service and cleanup)
-9:00 am to 12:00 am (preparation and cleanup)
-1:00 pm to 4:00 pm (preparation and cleanup)
-4:30 pm to 7:30 pm (supper preparation, service and cleanup)
